| DCC Alumni Game |
| KJ is proud to be the home of twoladies who have cheered for America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys. On October 5th Justine (current DCC), and Audrea (2003) took the stage together along side many other alumni and current DCC in a farewell performance to TX Stadium. The sisterhood of the DCC was felt as more than 250 DCC celebrated the legacy and tradition of stars, boots, and pom poms. KJ celebrates our staff and the performance that brought decades of DCC together to grace that field just one last time. |

As the ladies of the 70's (the one's who began it all) took the TX stadium field, chills just ran down my back. Generations of performers all sharing the spotlight in a final goodbye to the stadium we all prayed, cried, and laughed in. What an amazing tradition to be included in, what an amazing group of women I can call my sisters. Being able to share stories over two days with all of the ladies brought back those laughs, tears, and the sense of heart felt loyalty to one another. Since retiring our poms, many of us have experienced marriage or babies, but there will always be a common bond between those who share the ring. We will always be united by the love and respect we share for the DCC. Audrea Cowan (Rookie Year: 2003) |

As a current cheerleader, working with the 260 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Alumni was an experience that filled me with so much pride. I met 37 years of ladies who have stood in our boots and felt the same excitement of 65,000 fans cheering on America's Team in Texas Stadium. It was wonderful to hear their stories, watch them practice so diligently, and see the lasting friendships they still maintained years later. My friends and I sat around talking about which alumni we would be like 10, 20, 30 years from now. I can't wait for those days to come. Justine Phillips Orf (Rookie Year: 2005) |
